David Brown has been active in China for many years. In 2004 we established local sales and sourcing activities to directly service our customers in this important region.

Our product range includes spur, helical and worm gears; custom built gearboxes; Series G gear units and couplings; geared motors; and screwjacks. These products find use in a host of applications, from kiln drives to pinion stands and conveyor drives to condenser units. If it’s a gearing application, we’ve probably seen it. Our service continues after the sale too, with on-site installation assistance, alignment, repairs, condition monitoring, and our new DB Uptime (asset management) program.

David Brown offers dedicated sales and service through its head office in Shanghai and satellite offices in Guangzhou, Wuhan, and Shenyang. We’re backed by the strength of David Brown Engineering (UK) and our sister companies Benzlers (Sweden) and Cone Drive (USA).

In all cases the sales of our products are supported by in country, Chinese speaking engineers and sales staff.
