Custom Harmonic solutions.

We have integrated printed circuit board (PCB) stator technology with Cone Drive Harmonic Solutions® to create a remarkably small, powerful, actuator package to meet the design specifications for even the most efficient, torque-dense application requirements. Harmonic actuators are available in both solid shaft and hollow shaft orientation to accommodate cables and wiring.

We also have the ability to pair our harmonic drive with a NEMA stepper motor or magnetic encoder for the ultimate in precision motion control technology.

The Cone Drive Product Development Laboratory is a state-of-the-art facility directly adjacent to our Traverse City, Michigan manufacturing location. The lab has the capacity to test a wide range of gear reducer products, for both Cone Drive products as well as those manufactured by other companies. The lab includes capability to run a wide variety of tests including load testing for evaluating reducer performance and operating efficiency.
