Cone Drive Harmonic Solutions® are designed and manufactured in-house to meet or exceed our customers requirements. Each size, style, and ratio has undergone extensive testing in our state-of-the-art dynamometer facility to ensure each part we produce will meet the demands of your application.

Hat Style Harmonic Solutions

Precision motion.

Cone Drive Harmonic Solutions® are in-line motion control solutions consisting of three main components: wave generator, flexspline, and a circular spline.

Hat style are perfect when high precision and torque density are required as well as the passing of cables through the gear center.

  • Continuous Output Torque: Up to 171.9 Nm (1521 in. lb)

  • Gear Ratios: 50:1 to 160:1; ratio offerings are size dependent
  • Standard Input Options: Keyed or Set Screws

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

The Cone Drive Product Development Laboratory is a state-of-the-art facility directly adjacent to our Traverse City, Michigan manufacturing location. The lab has the capacity to test a wide range of gear reducer products, for both Cone Drive products as well as those manufactured by other companies. The lab includes capability to run a wide variety of tests including load testing for evaluating reducer performance and operating efficiency.
